We went to The Francis Residence for the ‘Cook with Rosie’ Cooking Demo/lesson and dinner. It was amazing. We helped Rosie cook 5 dishes and then we were served those dishes. For dinner. There was so much food, and it was all delicious. Rosie even forwarded the recipes on to us afterwards. Can’t wait to get home and try to recreate a little bit of Kerala style cuisine at home. We didn’t stay overnight at the residence but after being there for the cooking lesson and tasting Rosie’s food we would most definitely stay there in the future.

Francis and Rosy welcomed us to their residence the room was comfortable and we had a balcony to relax on. The food that was served for breakfast and dinner was superb. Francis and Rosy were friendly and gave us a real welcome and a glimpse into their lives. This was a brilliant beginning to our holiday in Kerala. I definitely recommend this residence it was delightful.

The welcome from Francis and Rosy was warm and we were very well looked after. Rosy's cooking is superb and her cookery demonstration was inspirational. The house is well located, close to the centre of old Kochi City. An excellent centre for a holiday in Kerala.

We were met at our vehicle by the smiling face of Francis himself who walked us down the narrow street to the beautiful home stay. The house feels very welcoming and the rooms are extremely clean and well presented. The bed was the most comfortable of our entire holiday! The cooking session we did with Rosy was exceptional, especially as it was all made with local seafood. Francis and Rosy are the loveliest people and their smiles are infectious. They make guests feel so welcome in their home and the standards of their service are exceptional. They make the most fabulous omelettes too! Thank you both so much for a great stay. The location of this accommodation is extremely convenient, whilst being in a quiet street. We spent 3 nights there and never needed to use a tuk tuk as we just walked everywhere.

Really comfortable quiet place with great coupe of hosts. It’s setback from the road so away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip which is about a 15 to 20 minute walk. Rooms were clean and airy and well set up with everything you could possibly need.
